Testing will begin today on this system. As the name suggests this is a lay the place system for use on the exchanges.

The pdf manual is 35 pages split into 8 chapters the first six are dedicated to learning horseracing basics, creating a betting bank, betting in different countries etc. The main chapter that explains the system is 10 pages long but most of these are taken up with examples with screen shots. The system is very simple lets see how it goes.
